Guide to module availability:

  • The School of Law reserves the right to vary the following list and, in particular, the right to withdraw and add modules
  • Each module is offered in one semester only. Note that timetabling considerations may also restrict choice
  • LL.M students will study six modules (three per semester), choosing from an extensive and diverse range of modules, each worth 10 ECTS.
  • Section A modules are directly linked to the LLM degree listed
  • Section B modules are not related to degree listed but may still be of interest.  Places can only be provided after all students on related LL.M degree/s are accommodated
  • At least four modules must be chosen from the list of Section A modules set out below (two per semester). The remaining two modules may be chosen from either Section A or Section B modules
  • M - Mandatory
  • N - Not available on this programme
  • R - Restricted. Highly subscribed module. Places can only be provided to LLM (General) after students on related LL.M degree are accommodated
