Home to 75 Principal Investigators and over 700 researchers, TBSI focuses on groundbreaking discoveries in a multidisciplinary environment, addressing critical human diseases. Recent advancements include significant progress in cancer, asthma, Type 2 diabetes, age-related macular degeneration, and infectious diseases such as hepatitis C and motor neuron disease.
In the past decade, TBSI has produced over 1,600 research papers published in internationally renowned journals, including Nature, Science, Cell, Nature Medicine, Nature Immunology, Nature Neuroscience, and The Lancet. This growth reflects both robust funding and impactful discoveries.
