The Trinity Long Room Hub’s governance bodies help the Institute to identify and act upon emerging trends and opportunities, along with risks that may affect the future activities and operations. They also help to monitor our performance with a view to ensuring a strategic fit with our mission and goals, to determine whether our activities represent value for money and what ‘added value’ we bring.
The Institute is led by a senior academic competitively appointed from our partnering Schools for a term of three to five years.
The current Director is Professor Jane Ohlmeyer from the School of Histories and Humanities. Previous Directors include Professor Juergen Barkhoff, School of Languages, Literatures and Cultural Studies (2012-15) and Professor Poul Holm, School of Histories and Humanities (2008-12).
