W.B. YEATS: DUBLINER
A three day conference organised by the School of English.
Please register here.
The 2025 Conference of the International Yeats Society will take place on 30 October to 1 November, bringing together over 50 scholars from around the Globe to share their research on the work of the great poet. Taking place in the heart of the city, in the Long Room Hub at Trinity College – an institution the poet condemned in 1892 for having ‘shut itself off from every kind of ardour, from every kind of fiery and exultant life’ – the conference offers an opportunity to reflect on Yeats’s working life in Dublin, and the place of the city and its cultures in his work.
