Promotion, Progression and Tenure Track Appeals

Anyone failing to achieve promotion, progression or tenure has the right to appeal, but may do so solely on procedural grounds.

In both cases the appeal is considered by a committee of four people chaired by the Senior Dean. The two other people on the panel are drawn from a panel approved by Board, with a preference for no member being from the same Department / Discipline as the applicant.
