Election to Fellowship 2026-27
Information session on Zoom - 31 August
Trinity College Dublin was founded as a corporation consisting of the Provost, the Fellows, and the Scholars. Fellows are elected annually on Trinity Monday.
The call for Fellowship Applications for 2026-27 has been launched.
The deadline for submitting Fellowship applications is noon on 18 September.
During Michaelmas term 2026, the Central Fellowship Committee will begin to prepare recommendations for nomination to Fellowship for 2026-27.
Distinction in scholarship or research achievement is the primary qualification for Fellowship. Achievement in scholarship and research will be assessed primarily through publication record. Work expressed in a form other than publication will be considered, provided that it may be subjected to scholarly analysis and independent assessment. Evidence of the Fellowship candidate’s contribution to College life and academic promise are important elements of an application. Contribution to the development of their subject nationally and internationally will also be considered.
