Faculty and School Governance
The following guidelines on governance issues have been approved by Council and Board. The documents should be regarded as general guidelines for good practice. Where it is appropriate to have local variation, proposals for change should be considered with the Vice-Provost/Chief Academic Officer and any significant departures will be brought to Board on an exception basis.
The guidelines should be read in conjunction with relevant Chapters of The 2010 Consolidated Statutes. The below table lists the key relevant Chapters (and where relevant, relevant sections) and associated Schedules.
