Freshers' Week marks the beginning of an exciting journey for over 4,000 students commencing their studies in Trinity College Dublin. As always, Front Square was alive with activity this week, as students from Trinity’s 170+ clubs and societies took to the cobbles with their stalls for the annual Freshers’ Fair.
From sports and performance to politics and the arts, Trinity’s student-led clubs and societies offer new students the opportunity to explore interests, make friends, and fully participate in a vibrant college life.
During her walkthrough of Freshers’ Fair, Linda had the chance to meet new and current students and chatted with them about their club or society, their studies in Trinity, and their experience so far.
Linda also delivered her annual welcome address to a packed Edmund Burke Theatre. During her address she highlighted that students are the backbone of Trinity.
