The Trinity Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) team hosted a celebration of the ongoing commitment to EDI demonstrated by staff and students from across the College community.
Speaking at the event, Linda highlighted the importance of EDI amid challenging times globally and acknowledged the importance of marking achievements in this space. She commended the students and staff in attendance for their work in EDI initiatives and projects.
Associate Vice-Provost for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, Prof. Lorraine Leeson also spoke on the day, with encouraging words on how EDI can lead to a thriving university:
"When we widen participation, we expand intellectual possibility. When we remove structural barriers, we unlock talent. When we foster belonging, we strengthen retention, creativity and innovation. We move towards thriving. Together."
