The workshop starts with the forest bathing experience in the beautiful settings of Trinity College Botanic Gardens. We will be looking for the first signs of spring around all the corners of the garden and we will find peace amongst trees at Arboretum. The experience will be followed by a herbal tea ceremony and the creation of a fresh spring ikebana arrangement.
