Summer Nature Connection Workshop  - Friday 26th August 22

Nature To Go founder Dr Kamila Kwasniewska, plant scientist and botanist, fcertified forest bathing guide and a florist, works towards connecting people with nature through five pathways: senses, emotion, beauty, meaning and compassion.

By participating in a nature connection workshop this summer, you will find a new way to engage with nature on an emotional level actively and include nature in yourself.
The summer workshop focuses on exploring nature connectedness through forest bathing, exploring how nature brings meaning to your life and sparking the creativity with ikebana – the art of floral arranging, to find the beauty through the art creation.

iWhat's included:

  • a peaceful and private space to relax and enjoy nature
  • herbal tea with vegan, homemade cookies
