Autumn Nature Connection Workshop

By participating in Nature Connection Workshop you will learn, new ways to tune into nature on an emotional level and draw nature into yourself. The workshop will focus on exploring our intrinsic connectedness to nature by using our senses in the mindful practice of forest bathing. We will explore how nature brings meaning to our lives and sparks some creativity. Course participants will learn to harness this creative spark by creating autumnal floral pumpkin arrangement to celebrate Halloween. What's included: • peaceful and private space to relax and enjoy nature • herbal tea with vegan treats • small pumpkin • selection of fresh flowers • seasonal greenery • floral accessories, including kenzan or floral foam
