Congratulations to Dr Emmett O'Regan from Belfast. Emmett was awarded his PhD on 30th October 2025. He is currently working toward a publication based on his doctoral research on "The Indefectibility of the Apostolic See: The Nature and Scope of Divine Assistance for the Ordinary Exercise of the Papal Magisterium."
