People Managers have important roles to play in creating a culture of dignity, respect, and consent in their School/ Unit/ Professional Service and supporting Staff who are experiencing issues of bullying, harassment, and/or sexual misconduct.
The Dignity, Respect & Consent (DR&C) Service can provide information and guidance to People Managers on matters relating to the Dignity & Respect and Sexual Misconduct policies.
