Welcome to the Dignity, Respect & Consent (DR&C) Service

The DR&C Service supports Staff, Students, and Others in matters relating to dignity, respect, and consent in Trinity College Dublin.

The University is committed to promoting a positive environment for Staff, Students, and Other community members, where everyone is treated with dignity and respect, where work and study is free from bullying, harassment, or sexual misconduct.

This website contains information about the DR&C Service, the Dignity & Respect and Sexual Misconduct Policies, the processes for disclosures and complaints, training, and resources.

Uphold

Uphold is the Student Ambassador Committee developed under the TCD Dignity, Respect and Consent Service (DR&C). The Uphold Ambassador program is a peer-led education and leadership initiative for Trinity students that aims to promote dignity, respect, and consent and bystander skills. Operating under the Dignity, Respect and Consent Service, student Uphold Ambassadors will facilitate campaigns and training with the aim of promoting a positive, safe and inclusive environment for all members of our college community.

Applications for the Uphold Ambassador programme are now closed. If you have submitted an application, you should receive an update from the DR&C Service shortly. Future opportunities will be advertised on the Uphold Instagram (@uphold.tcd).

Further information: If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Rachel Skelly, DR&C Service Manager.
