Festival Of Science 2014

The Microbiology Society (MicroSoc) hosted the annual Festival of Science in the Moyne Institute for Preventive Medicine on Friday, 28th February at which Senior Sophister students in Microbiology enthusiastically presented the results of their research projects in a poster session. Academic staff of the Department of Microbiology, postgraduate students, post-doctoral fellows as well as friends and families of the Senior Sophisters viewed the posters. Students, Andrew Redmond and Anne O'Donovan were awarded prizes for the best posters.
