10.30 - 10.50am Free class - Live HIIT with David. With thanks to Trinity Sport. HIIT is a full body, cardio based class using no equipment other than yourself. Expect to be put through tough but short periods of intense cardiovascular work, followed by frequent and brief periods of recovery. 1.00pm Gardening Event with David Hackett - Do you want a glorious garden this year?  Collectively, we have all really enjoyed Trinity's grounds over the years. David Hackett from Estates & Facilities will talk to us about what to grow to make your garden fabulous.

This event if for everyone, whether you are experienced or a beginner, if you have a balcony, a huge garden, or a tiny plot. Students, staff, alumni and friends welcome and there'll be a chance for everyone to share their tips and experiences.

This workout will get your heart pumping and uses up to 20 calories per minute: about as much as running a 6-minute mile. Combined with bodyweight training you get a complete workout and improve overall wellbeing. Kettlebell required for this class.

Pop Up Choir- hosted by the Trinitones.
WARNING: HIGHLY PARTICIPATIVE FUN EVENT. :-)

We all love a good sing along.  Are you wondering if you would like to join a choir? Or just have an hour to spare and want to feel uplifted and sing during a lunchtime?   This is the event for you. 

We will have a couple of songs from the Trinitones, and a join in experience where we can all sing.   We are here for the social fun aspect of singing.

Whether you are experienced or a beginner, as long as you are willing to join in (and you are allowed have your mic off!) you are welcome to come along.
