Innovation in Micro-Credential

Micro-credential is interdisciplinary in nature and targets anyone in a role where innovation frameworks might be applied, from innovators and entrepreneurs, to those working in large companies, to educators working with the UN SDGs. It aims to upskill a workforce threatened by increasing amounts of information, global challenges, and improper use of AI.

Latest News

1,000 complete micro-credentials

Launched in the 2021/2022 academic year, micro-credentials are small, focused courses, lasting six to 12 weeks, allowing for in-depth learning in a specific area or topic at postgraduate level.

Flexible micro-credentials

Trinity is today launching a progressive suite of accredited micro-credentials as a transformative development in continuing education, bridging academic and workplace environments.

Trinity secures €21m from HEA

This award accounts for more than 10 pc of the €196.4m funding available under Pillar 3 of the HEA’s Human Capital Initiative.
