We're all about hearing what you have to say

Everyone needs to talk something through sometimes, but it can be difficult to work out who to talk to, what to say and how it works. Peer based services in Trinity College have come together to create this quick, easy guide of what's available on and off campus if you'd like to talk to a fellow student or a sabbatical officer.

We all offer an informal, confidential and supportive service as a first step for anyone. Each of us is trained to listen without judgement, and can talk through options for the professional services available should you need more help.
