The Programme for Access to Higher Education (PATH) is a dedicated fund, managed by the Higher Education Authority (HEA), to increase participation by under-represented groups in higher education. PATH 4 Phase 2 is a three-year pathfinding pilot that is supporting enhanced course provision for students with intellectual disabilities across 11 higher education institutions. Over €11 million has been allocated to implement and evaluate the pilot initiative.
