Welcome to our Unlocking Ability: Stories of Inclusive Employment podcast.
In this podcast series, we discuss examples of inclusive employment from the perspective of those directly involved. We explore the importance of inclusion and belonging in the workplace and highlight the positive impact upon everyone involved. Each episode features a different company, showcasing a wide variety of industries and roles.The series will include nine episodes. In each episode Marie Devitt, TCPID Business Partnerships Manager, speaks with some of our TCPID graduates and their colleagues about their experiences of inclusive employment.
This series highlights the importance of genuine inclusion and belonging in the workplace and showcases the impact that this can have upon everyone involved. The goal of this podcast series is to focus on ability and to open up the conversation about inclusive employment across a diverse workforce.
Each episode will feature a different company, showcasing a wide variety of industries and roles. The series is intended to be positive stories of success with incredible insights and recommendations for policy and practice from our graduates and their colleagues.
