Welcome to our Unlocking Ability: Stories of Inclusive Employment podcast.
In this podcast series, we discuss examples of inclusive employment from the perspective of those directly involved. We explore the importance of inclusion and belonging in the workplace and highlight the positive impact upon everyone involved. Each episode features a different company, showcasing a wide variety of industries and roles.
The series will include nine episodes. In each episode Marie Devitt, TCPID Business Partnerships Manager, speaks with some of our TCPID graduates and their colleagues about their experiences of inclusive employment.
This series highlights the importance of genuine inclusion and belonging in the workplace and showcases the impact that this can have upon everyone involved. The goal of this podcast series is to focus on ability and to open up the conversation about inclusive employment across a diverse workforce.
Each episode will feature a different company, showcasing a wide variety of industries and roles. The series is intended to be positive stories of success with incredible insights and recommendations for policy and practice from our graduates and their colleagues.

In this episode Marie Devitt speaks with Niamh Biddulph and Danielle Bouchier from An Post. Niamh is a TCPID graduate from 2018, now working as a HR Administrator in An Post. Danielle is the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager in An Post.

To be released February 3rd 2026 - In this episode Marie Devitt speaks with Stephen Ryan and Brenda Kealy from EY. Stephen is a TCPID graduate from 2019, now working as an Associate in the EMEIA FSO Tax team in EY. Brenda is Assistant Director EYP-Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy in EY.

To be released February 17th 2026. In this episode Marie Devitt speaks with Emma McGrath and Amanda Jolliffe from Microsoft. Emma is a TCPID graduate from 2024, now working as a Microsoft Dream Space Administrator Intern. Amanda is the Microsoft Dream Space Lead.
