The Trinity Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities announce a new partnership with Phoenix Recruitment

The Trinity Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities are proud to announce a new partnership with Phoenix Recruitment.

Phoenix is a specialist professional services search firm. From its Dublin base, it conducts international search assignments for functional and senior leadership positions across Accounting, Tax, Corporate Finance, Legal & Compliance and Advisory. Phoenix was established with one mission in mind: to transform and elevate the recruitment industry to be on par with any other professional service.

Uniquely, the majority of its senior management team are professionally qualified in their respective sector - qualified lawyers and accountants - or have worked in global advisory firms including A&L Goodbody, Maples, PwC, Grant Thornton, and BDO. They also hold an extremely high-performing recruitment record. This unique mix of professional and recruitment experience means that Phoenix attracts the best talent for its clients and is synonymous with a professional, expert, value-add search service.

Speaking about the partnership with the TCPID, Ed Rossiter, Founder and Managing Partner of Phoenix Recruitment said: “Supporting those with intellectual disabilities is something that is close to my own heart and others here in Phoenix. We are honoured to be partnering with the TCPID for the next 3 years. This is an incredible program that provides real opportunities to those that historically have been left out of normal academic and working life. We hope other businesses and organisations follow suit and support such a fantastic initiative. The Trinity Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities (TCPID) provides access to high-quality programmes that provide real pathways to education and employment for people with ID once they leave second-level education. ”.

TCPID Pathways Coordinator, Marie Devitt said, “We are delighted to welcome Phoenix Recruitment as a new TCPID Business Partner. It means a huge amount to us that they have chosen to support us during such challenging COVID times. We are greatly looking forward to working with the team in Phoenix Recruitment to build a very strong partnership over the coming years.
