New Partnership between McCann FitzGerald and the Trinity Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities
The Trinity Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities within the School of Education in Trinity College Dublin are delighted to announce that we have welcomed McCann FitzGerald to work with us as a new TCPID Business Partner.
The partnership with McCann FitzGerald will allow the TCPID to continue to develop our innovative educational programme for students with intellectual disabilities. In addition to this, the partnership will provide student work placement and graduate internship opportunities which will help to further develop skills and support our graduates as they develop their careers. The ultimate goal is to find permanent employment or further educational opportunities for graduates of the TCPID programme and to help to build true inclusion in the workplace and in the community.
Marie Devitt, Pathways Coordinator of the TCPID said, “We are very proud to have McCann FitzGerald on board with us as a TCPID Business Partner. We are looking forward to working with the McCann FitzGerald team to develop exciting opportunities for our students and graduates which will help them to build their confidence and develop their employment skills.”
David Byers, partner and co-head of the Diversity and Inclusion Group at McCann FitzGerald, says: “We are delighted to be working with Marie and the great team at TCPID with this new partnership. At McCann FitzGerald we strive to enable the progress of our people and our clients through collaboration. We look forward to having the opportunity of welcoming a graduate from the TCPID programme to our firm”.
