New partnership between Cairn and the Trinity Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities

The Trinity Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities are very proud to announce a new partnership with Cairn.

Founded in 2015 Cairn is today Ireland’s largest homebuilder with over 19,000 people living in a Cairn-built home. Active on over 20 sites across Ireland, Cairn has both the capability and resources to lead the significant delivery of new homes to meet demand now and into the future.

Speaking about the partnership Maura Winston, Chief People Officer in Cairn said “We are delighted to partner with the Trinity Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities. At Cairn, we try to imagine a better tomorrow and start working towards it today. We feel that the more experience and personality we have on our team the better. By building a more diverse and inclusive workplace, we are closer to building a more inclusive and diverse Ireland – one home at a time."

Marie Devitt, Pathways Coordinator of the TCPID added “We are so delighted to welcome Cairn as a TCPID Business Partner. This is a new type of industry for the TCPID and we know that our students and graduates will be very excited to have the opportunity to learn from the Cairn team over the coming years.”
