Electoral Registers

The electoral register for use in College elections have been drawn-up in accordance with the Schedule 2 (Electorate and Register) to the Introduction Chapter in Consolidated Statutes, 2010, and the Board decisions of 5 May 2010 (Minute BD/09-10/242), 2 March 2011 (Minute BD/10-11/157), 5 November 2014 (Minute BD/14-15/076) and 22 May 2024 (Minute BD/23-24/214). This register is used for the following elections: 

  • Board
  • Council
  • Dean of Faculty
  • Head of School
  • Head of Discipline
  • Faculty Executive Committees
  • School Executive Committees
  • Other elections as Board may time to time direct.

The electoral register is currently open for queries.

All queries about the register should be sent in writing to Victora Butler, Secretary to the College/Director of Governance, West Chapel or by email to secretary@tcd.ie as soon as possible but no later than 12 noon on Friday 31 October 2025
