Women and Gender: Perspectives in History

I would like to bring to your attention an event organised by the DU History and Gender Equality Societies. The event, entitled ‘Women and Gender: Perspectives in History’ will be an academic talk that aims to highlight and explore the varied experiences of women in the past. The speakers you will have the chance to hear are from Trinity College Dublin and University College Dublin respectively, from the disciplines of Classics, History, Art and Architecture and Law. The event will feature short presentations from all of our speakers, which then will be followed by a Q&A.
