Time: 09:30 - 17:00

A one day symposium organised by the Department of History and the Friends of Medieval Dublin, with support from the Trinity Long Room Hub, Trinity College Dublin. The 24th Medieval Dublin symposium is presented as part of the Dublin Festival of History, and will showcase new research in the history and archaeology of medieval Dublin. The purpose of the annual Medieval Dublin symposium is to provide a way through which specialists, amateurs, historians, archaeologists, teachers, students, and everyone whose talents and interests are required to make complete the business of history, excavation and post excavation, can collaborate and provide us, and the Dubliners of the future, with a clearer picture of the early growth of this remarkable city. The event is free and all are welcome. Please indicate if you have any access requirements, such as ISL/English interpreting, so that we can facilitate you in attending this event.
