Healthy Trinity and Prof Jane Stout, VP for Biodiversity and Climate Action invite you to an in-person research symposium and networking event on Friday 7th October 2-3.30pm, starting with coffee @1.30pm. Venue is the Bank Hall, 3-4 Foster Place. The aims of this event are to: Identify key research challenges at the nexus of health and sustainability research Connect health and environmental researchers from across Trinity College Explore potential research funding opportunities together. Addressing the symposium will be Visiting Professor Mark Dooris, Professor in Health & Sustainability at University of Central Lancaster, who will give an overview of hot topics related to the health and sustainability agenda. Environmental degradation, loss of biodiversity and changing climate, can directly and indirectly threaten these things.
