Promoting Social Mobility Through Education

Social mobility is sometimes overlooked when discussing diversity and inclusion, yet the disadvantages people can encounter as a result of the conditions of their birth, their upbringing or their lack of know-how on how to get ahead in education and in the workplace, can lead to organisations inadvertently excluding them from management roles by not considering them as part of a D&I strategy.  One area where companies can play a key role in addressing social mobility opportunities is through education.
