In our upcoming webinar, "Eating to Save the World," we delve into the interesting connection between the food we eat and the balance of our planet. From the environmental impact of food production to the economic implications of our food preferences, spanning local communities to the global market, we will see the impact our food choices can have on the world’s environmental, economic and social stability. Peter McFeely is the Global Head of Communications and Strategy, Food & Agriculture at The World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) and has lived in Singapore for the past 17 years. Peter coordinates the NGO's internal and external communications, advocacy, and campaigns on food systems transformation across more than 100 countries, engaging policymakers, business leaders, financiers, food producers and consumers. This April, he will be joined by Professor Jane Stout, Trinity’s Vice President for Biodiversity & Climate Action, as they will dive into how our food choices matter in so many ways, and have repercussions far beyond our kitchen.
