Targeted at all employees GENDERCARE is an Irish based gender-identity business, that provides a number of services throughout the globe. GENDERCARE was founded in 2021 by Dr Vanessa Lacey. Vanessa gender-transitioned in 2007 and began working and researching in the area of trans and gender identity. GENDERCARE combines a vast array of personal, professional and academic experiences to provide clients with robust professional development trainings, workshops and consultancy in an insightful and caring manner. This one-hour online session will introduce foundational information regarding trans people's experiences, including the need to understand names, pronouns, practicalities, and healthcare pathways.
