Flora of the Grand Canal

This field excursion will be led by botanist and author Dr Declan Doogue. We will explore the aquatic and emergent plants of the canal and of its banks. Please wear clothing/footwear suitable for the outdoors and bring along a notebook, camera and hand lens if you have them. Please also bring disposable gloves and hand sanitiser to protect against Weil's disease. Meet at Baggot Street Bridge at 10:30am.
