The first edition of the Festival of Italian and Irish Literature in Ireland is curated by Catherine Dunne (Irish PEN/PEN na hÉireann) and Enrica Ferrara (TCD) and it is organised by Istituto Italiano Di Cultura - Dublino, Irish PEN and Trinity College Dublin School of Languages, Literatures and Cultural Studies, in partnership with Trinity Centre for Literary and Cultural Translation, Literature Ireland and Society for Italian Studies
Theme: "Crossing Over" - exploring how storytelling helps negotiating boundaries with other cultures, nationalities, identities, languages, places.
