Collaborate for PI's - Managing External Environments
For intact participant group. Collaborate is an Inter-University Peer Mentoring Programme for academic and research staff who have recently become Principal Investigators and expect to manage others. This initiative was co-created by the HR departments of 9 universities nationwide. The programme runs online from November 2022 to March 2023 with 45 participants from across the sector. Led by Learning & Development Managers, together with an expert panel of academic and research leaders, we will explore four key areas associated with your challenges as a P.I., including Coaching/Developing your Team, Leading your Team, Managing External Environments and Being Strategic. This session will focus on managing external environments.
