Data Protection Network
In an effort to ensure best practice in the collecting and processing of data, the Information Compliance Office has launched the Trinity Data Protection Network.
Areas within Trinity which hold and process high levels of data will now have a nominated Data Protection Network member who can link in directly with the Information Compliance Office on Data Protection queries. Data Protection Network members will also be invited to regular drop-in sessions where they can come together to discuss the data protection issues they encounter in their area. The intention is that this will lead to shared learning and a build-up of data protection knowledge in local areas.
