She holds a Masters in Ruth Bader GinsburgSociology and is currently under-taking a professional diploma inHuman Rights and Equality.Louise worked in the homeless sectorin Ireland for a number of years which led to her interest in advocacyand equality, diversity and inclusion more broadly, particularly froman intersectional perspective. To relax, she enjoys reading, writing,running, music and just spending time with her dog. Dr. Maeve McGrath (she/her)Administrative Oicer, Trinity Research in Social Sciences Mary FrithMaeve holds a PhD in Art History from the University of Regensburgin Germany. She has been at Trinity for over four years and was withthe Science Gallery before coming to TRiSS. Her spare time isdedicated to sports, languages, politics, and history.Athena SWAN is a recognition and award scheme for positive gender practice in Higher Education. Launched in Ireland in2015, the Athena SWAN Charter recognises and celebrates good practice towards the advancement of gender equality.
