How to Request a Project
If you require a project manager for your project, please complete the Project Initiation Form or contact the Service Centre. We will be in contact to seek additional information to commence Project Initiation and to identify if we have a resource available to allocate to your project.
For any funded projects under €50,000, CRG approval is not required. For projects between €50k and €500k, our office will liaise with the PMO to assist you in seeking approval from the Capital Review Group. Please note that project management resources are limited, and even utilising outsourced service providers to assist, your project will be categorised and placed in a ‘pipeline’ of projects, for prioritisation and PM resourcing.
