Blackboard Ultra Training and Support
You can complete your training by using the self-paced training module. The key steps are outlined below, which are the minimum training recommended to ensure you can transition smoothly to Blackboard Ultra for the coming academic year. We will collect and share details of your training progress and migration preparation with your School management and the Blackboard Ultra Upgrade project team so you can be contacted for further information and reminders as necessary.
Once you have completed the necessary steps above, you should now be able to migrate your 25/26 module content. We have created temporary Blackboard Ultra placeholder modules for every actively taught module in Blackboard for the academic year 2024/25.
Optional Advanced Sessions
To enhance your skills beyond the Ultra Essentials training, we are offering Optional Advanced self-paced training. Please ensure that you have completed (1) Ultra Essentials, (2) Assessment and Gradebook Essentials, and (3) Migration Workshop.
