Dr Joe Whelan, School of Social Work and Social Policy. New research by Dr Whelan documents the experience of residents from Dolphin House flats in Dublin 8 of living under the shadow of prolonged regeneration plans and is the feature of this article which notes that ‘[P]prolonged uncertainty should be recognised as ‘a form of social harm’.
