The Society for Music Analysis (UK) (SMA) Annual Conference 2026 is hosted jointly by Trinity College Dublin and the Royal Irish Academy of Music.
Keynotes - The organisers are delighted to announce the following confirmed keynote speakers:
- SMA Pascall Medal Prize winner, Professor William Caplin (McGill University)
- SMA Pople Medal Prize winner, Dr Anne Hyland (University of Manchester)
The conference will be followed by a student study day organised by the SMA’s Formal Theory Study Group on Thursday 16 July 2025.
