Frequently asked questions (FAQs) - teaching staff
Trinity owns the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in lecture recordings and lecture summaries produced for educational purposes, but the academic retains the ownership of their performance rights i.e. the giving of the lecture.
College may only use the recorded performance of your lecture or your lecture summary for the specific educational purpose for which it was created.
