Join our Club and start your 100 weeks of STEM! Enjoy designing, inventing collaborating and learning. In our club you will make discoveries, make stuff and make friends. If you have a curiosity for STEM this is the right place for you. Our next club programme starts in September 2018 and runs for 30 Saturdays during the first academic year.

Eligibility

  • Students going into second-year of secondary school in September 2018. All students are expected to sit an entrance assessment at Trinity College Dublin on June 9th or September 8th 2018.

Not all applicants will be accepted. Places will be allocated based on the entrance assessment results and the personal statement on the application form.
Fees
A non-refundable €40 fee is required to sit the assessment Club fees are €275 per 10-week term

Camp Experience

Create STEM connections!

Enjoy a week of designing, collaborating and learning. On our camp you can make discoveries, make stuff and make friends. If you have a curiosity for STEM, this is the place for you.

Eligibility

There are STEM camps are for all secondary school students. The junior camps are pre-junior certificate students and the senior camps are for post-junior certificate students.

Camp Dates


  • 11th-15th June or 16th -20th July (for pre-Junior Cert students)
  • 25th – 29th June or 16th – 20th July (for post-Junior cert students)

Fees
€225 per 5-day camp

Places on all of our camps are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Trinity Walton Club is a not-for-profit STEM Education programme that is subsidised by Trinity College Dublin and supporters.

All club fees cover the direct costs associated with running this initiative.


Scholarships

Trinity Walton Club offers a limited number of scholarships to students from socio-economic backgrounds that are currently under-represented at university, such as students from DEIS and TAP (Trinity’s Access Programme) affiliated schools.

Students from DEIS schools and TAP are invited to apply for a scholarship by completing the application form on our apply page and checking the DEIS or TAP box contained within the form.
