Undergraduate Surveys

The Centralised Undergraduate Evaluation Facility provides a centralised service for the evaluation of undergraduate modules through student surveys. An invitation for survey requests is made at the beginning of each semester.

STEPS involved in using the Centralised UG Evaluation Facility using Online Surveys: Collecting Student Feedback : Closing the Feedback Loop :
  1. All academics are invited to avail of the centralised facility for undergraduate module evaluation at the beginning of each Semester;
  2. Dir. of T&L signs off survey requests & submits to the Centralised UG Evaluation Facility within deadline (usually wk3 of the first semester); 
  3. Centralised Facility sends email to students asking them to complete the module survey within 5 days, along with sending a reminder 2 days prior to the deadline;
  4. Centralised Facility produces student feedback reports for each module & sends to the Module Coordinator, Head of School & Dir. of T&L;
  5. Centralised Facility strongly encourage that students receive feedback. Refer to feedback (PDF, 16KB);
  6. Centralised Facility  provides a summary report for each School after each semester.

Five templates are available for use and include:

  • lecture
  • tutorial
  • seminar
  • labs/placement
  • placement

Templates above can be used separately or can be combined.

4 additional questions can be added to each module.
