Planning Group

The development and implementation of the College Strategic Plan is coordinated by the Planning Group which is a sub-group of Executive Officers. It was established by Executive Officers in October 2008 to address the serious financial challenges facing the College. Following the recommendation of the Group's Report to Board in February 2009, a Planning Group was established as a sub-group of Executive Officers on a permanent basis, chaired by the Vice-Provost/Chief Academic Officer. As well as the development and implementation of the College's Strategic Plan it also addresses the ongoing funding issues facing the College.
