Lecture Timetabling Support

All lecture timetabling should be conducted using the Facility CMIS software. School and Course Administrators have overall responsibility for lecturer timetabling relating to their Schools / Courses.

If you require assistance relating to the process of timetabling e.g. guidance on the process of timetabling, clash resolution, room availability etc. please email the Examinations and Timetabling Office at exams@tcd.ie or phone at Ext 2345, 3710, 1518 or 1060.

The Facility CMIS system is supported, in the first instance, by the SAS User Support Unit. To obtain technical support in relation to Facility CMIS, please email sas-user-support-unit@tcd.ie, or telephone Ext 3867, 3918, 3869 or 3766.

Training in the use of Facility CMIS is provided by the SAS User Support Unit. Facility CMIS software cannot be installed or used until training has been completed.
