Graduate Records - Management of Graduate Records

The Student and Graduate Records Office is the formal custodian of all gradaute records in the University of Dublin, Trinity College.

We ensure that the record of each graduate record is accurate, complete and up-to-date, reflecting changes in the qualification(s) obtained from the University and College, and any changes to their personal details as notified.

The information stored by the University of Dublin, Trinity College on its graduate database, may be made available to the Trinity Foundation and/or clubs and societies of Dublin University for graduate purposes only, were such permission has been previously granted by the alumnus.

Personal data will not be processed, other than as permitted by law. Those providing personal data have the right to access those data and the right to rectify them. Personal data will be processed by the University of Dublin, Trinity College in accordance with the Date Protection Acts, 1988 and 2003.
