The Student and Graduate Records Office provides academic transcripts for students who are currently registered, or were previously registered, for specific undergraduate courses. In addition, it provides academic transcripts for students registered or previously registered on the postgraduate research register.

All requests for academic transcripts must be made using the web request form, or by completing the downloadable request form (PDF), and submitting it directly to the Student Records Office.

The Student Records Office will not issue an academic transcript to a third party without the written consent of the person named on the transcript.
