Submission of Examination Papers

The Examinations Office notifies all Directors of Teaching and Learning (Undergraduate) of the due dates for the submission of examination papers. All papers must be delivered to the Examinations Office by hand.

A Submission of Examination Papers Form must be provided with each examination paper submitted. A signed written record of each paper submitted is retained by the Examinations Office and a copy is given to the person charged with submitting the papers.

The Examinations Office must be informed about any supplementary materials, such as formulae and tables, mathematics tables, copies of legislative acts, bibles, graph or music manuscript paper, etc., which are to be provided to candidates in an examination whether by the school/discipline concerned or by the Examinations Office.
