Book Prizes and Entrance Exhibitions
Entrance Exhibitions are administered by the Examinations Office and are posted to the recipient's home address in early October of each year. They are not available for collection from the Examinations Office. These prizes are issued in the form of book tokens and can be redeemed at Hodges Figgis and Co. Ltd.
Entrance Exhibitions are awarded to Junior Freshman new entrants on the basis of public examination results, provided sufficient merit is shown.

First Class Book Prizes are administered by the Examinations Office and may be collected from the Examinations Office by the award holder in person. These prizes are issued in the form of book tokens and can be redeemed at Hodges Figgis and Co. Ltd. A First Class Book Prize may be awarded to candidates who obtain an overall first class honors grade at the Annual Examinations. These prizes are not awarded to Senior Sophister or final-year students.
First Class Book Prizes are not included on prize publication sheets, and Directors of Teaching and Learning (Undergraduate) should ensure that qualified students are reminded to claim their prize.
A book prize (value €12 or €6 per TSM subject) will be awarded to students who received an overall first class honors grade in an honor or professional course at the annual examinations in 2012. (Please note that these prizes are not awarded in the Senior Sophister or final year.)
These book prizes are available for collection from the Examinations and Timetables Office, West Theatre, on presentation of a valid TCD student ID card at the following times:
Tuesdays and Thursdays
10.00 to 12.00 or 14.30 to 16.30
