Examinations, Assessment and Timetabling
Please note that the Examinations and Timetables Office has relocated to the Academic Registry in the Biotechnology Building at the east end of the College campus. Our opening hours are 10.00am to 12.00noon and 2.30pm to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Our new location can be found at the following link:

The Examinations and Timetables Office is responsible for the efficient and effective running of all examinations in the University and for the efficient and effective management of the central management information system for timetabling.
In terms of its main functions the Examinations and Timetables Office manages the Central Management Information System (CMIS) for timetabling purposes and maintains the examination databases, schedules annual, supplemental, special, Foundation Scholarship, matriculation and end-of-term examinations, produces examination papers, uploads past annual examination papers, organises invigilation for all examinations, coordinates undergraduate and postgraduate examination results, administers Book Prizes, Entrance Exhibitions and other awards, and provides information on procedures and regulations relating to examinations.
